Develop sales and marketing strategy and oversee digital product development. Manage efforts of Editorial, Tech, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Design to build and deliver customized scalable programs in line with client objectives. Demonstrate the value of content and audience through sales collateral, proposals, market research, PR and marketing.
Work closely with the Head of Advertising to define brand position and key messages, develop strategy, and plan budget Manage all marketing communications including annual media information, sales collateral, email, social media, and events Develop content marketing as a brand positioning tool and to generate new business leads Work closely with Account Managers on customized proposals Construct a consistent and positive experience across all marketing channels to maximize brand impact and customer retention
Manage market research and maintain audience demographics for more than 25 market-leading print and online publications Segment the marketplace into unique personas and customize communications within each segment to maximize engagement and ROI Execute fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Work with Project Managers to launch and promote digital products internally and externally
Identify new business leads appropriate to specific territories, products, and editorial features Work closely with Production and Advertising Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution of client campaigns Perform various administrative duties such as booking invoices, forecasting print and online inventory, and producing revenue reports
